Build Magazine - a quarterly digital publication dedicated to the construction and property markets - has recognized Maine’s own Cottage Advisors as a winner of the international magazine’s 2024 Home Builder Award. Founded by Howard Hall in 2005, Cottage Advisors LLC is a family run business based in Wells, Maine. Howard’s vision was to bring back the sense of community that seemed to be missing from so many residential developments. Over the last two decades, Cottage Advisors has led the construction of more that 1,100 cottage style homes throughout New England and Canada.
